  14. Free regular Inspections of your Property:
    When your property is not rented out it will be visited once every week. We ensure your property and contents are sound and secure. We will open and air the property if required, during the rainy months we will ensure that dehumidifiers are working correctly.

  15. Our fees are very reasonable, especially for the quality of service that is provided.

    Management Service only $100 per month

  16. Pool Maintenance $80.00 per month

  17. Lawn care $75.00 per month (if applicable)

  18. Pest control $45 per application (if necessary)
